Jivamukti is a physically challenging and intellectually stimulating yoga style. It combines a vigorous asana (physical) practice with chanting, meditation, yoga philosophy and deep relaxation.

REbalance Yoga
REbalance is an approach that integrates traditional Hatha Yoga methods, Forrest Yoga and Body Psychotherapy. At the heart of REbalance is, as the name indicates, a balancing out of over- and underworking parts in the body in order to be more fully present, which ultimately provides the foundation for connection, healing and growth. This is embedded in the understanding that we are all interdependent and that there is oneness of being.
