Our beginner yoga courses are specially designed for those who are entirely new to yoga or returning after a break. Each course will gently introduce you to the foundations of yoga, including:

They take time to ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for, adapting practices where needed and introducing innovative approaches that make yoga accessible to everyone. Our small group format means you’ll receive individual attention and encouragement while learning at your own pace. Over the weeks, you’ll build a strong foundation, grow in confidence, and be well-prepared to continue your yoga journey in our regular classes if you choose. |
