Who is Eleanor?
Eleanor's journey through yoga started with Hatha classes when she was a little girl, passed through breathing techniques as a singer, ventured into meditation as a stressed Business Analyst, focussed on alignment to complement her running, and became her solace during her pregnancy and postnatal journey.
She is passionate about the mind-body connection, and the power that yoga has to holistically heal all parts of the self. It was this passion which led her to teaching yoga, as she believes it's one of the most powerful and accessible ways through which we can find true healing and peace. She was absolutely delighted to find that Equilibrium shares this passion for true, deep healing as well as good form, posture and breathing. Eleanor loves to read and between audiobooks, electronic and paper books, normally has 5 or 6 on the go at once, (topics range from yoga, Buddhism, historical fiction and fantasy, history, psychology, autobiographies, etc). She also runs regularly and loves going on little adventures with her son. What does Eleanor do at Equilibrium?
She teaches the Feel Good Friday session in Huntingdon and holds pregnancy and postnatal classes under the brand 'POMPOM Perinatal'. Visit her website here: POMPOM Perinatal.
