Hatha YogaHatha Yoga draws on classical Yoga. Classes are slow paced and include breath work, poses, concentration, sometimes a philosophical aspect and sometimes meditation. There is always time at the end for a guided relaxation. The room is warm, not hot, and a range of options are offered throughout.
The aim of Hatha Yoga remains the same as it has been for centuries - to use a wide range of techniques and practices to, over time, help develop steadiness and ease in body, mind, and the person as a whole. |
