Who is Torie Forrester?
Torie’s yoga journey began in 2006, and she hasn’t looked back since! Over the years, she’s explored a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Yin, Forrest, and Vinyasa. In 2016, she completed her foundational yoga training at Cam Yoga in Cambridge, where she dove deep into the philosophy and practice of yoga—and enjoyed some amazing vegan lunches along the way! More recently, in 2024, Torie gained her 200hr Rebalance Yoga qualification at Equilibrium Studios.
Torie’s approach to yoga is all about balance: she loves the energy of dynamic flows that bring movement and mindfulness together, as well as the soothing power of restorative styles that help recharge the body and mind. When she’s not on the mat, Torie enjoys being in nature, whether she’s gliding across rivers, lakes, or the open sea on her paddleboard, or hiking through scenic trails with friends and family.
