Who is Saskia Twiss?
Saskia grew up is a small village in Bedforshire before moving to London to study ballet at Central School of Ballet. During her time at the school and through her professional career Saskia suffered with injuries. During her time off dancing she discovered yoga and its brilliance for helping her injury recover and relieve the stress built up from not being able to dance. It was that that inspired Saskia to step fully into the fitness profession and become a Personal Trainer.
Saskia decided to Study yoga in 2020 through the Coronavirus pandemic as she found herself practicing more to help move her body and connect to the present. She noticed the benefits this had on her work and mental health during the pandemic. Saskia loves that she can share the brilliance and benefits of yoga with others.

Saskia studied with ULU Yoga based in Thailand. She teaches multistyle after learning Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. Vinyasa is her personal favourite as she enjoys the flow of movement that it feels like a dance to your own musical breath.

Saskia teaches at the Huntingdon studio, teaching Vinyasa flow. She also covers Hatha and Yin classes.
