Who is Rosanna Stokes?
Rosanna first took up yoga in her early 20s as a way to help manage her hyper-mobility and anxiety. Though her career has transitioned many times between archaeologist and communications specialist, yoga has remained the one constant element in her life. Her practice background is in Ashtanga and Hatha styles of yoga, but with her teacher training she chose to take a more somatic approach, which allows her to integrate elements from a variety of traditions into her practice and teaching.
Rosanna is passionate about living in tune with nature and the seasons and uses yoga as a tool to help reestablish connection with the natural world, tailoring practices to the ebbs and flows of the year. What does Rosanna do at Equilibrium?
Rosanna teaches both beginner and open Hatha classes in Huntingdon. She teaches a Seasonal Flow.
