Who is Mel Hastings?
Melanie first practiced Yoga 16 years ago, having managed multiple episodes of anxiety and panic she wanted to look for a holistic approach to healing and heard about the benefits of Yoga, in particular being able to regulate the breath. Yoga quickly became a big part of her life and she began a regular practice. Melanie explored many different styles ranging from Sivananda, Hatha, Yin & Yang, Vinyasa flow to Restorative and Yin Yoga. Her classes focus on building stability, mobility, energy and reconnection.
In 2012 Melanie completed a foundational Yoga course in Cambridge and then completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Simon Low at The Yoga Academy in 2015.
